Abstract

The Skrinja business intelligence system was set up in the public administration with the aim of supporting decision-making and optimising business operations. Skrinja enables its users automated, easier and faster work, as well as predictive analytics at strategic, tactical and operational levels. The system includes data on salaries for the entire public sector and on all public procurement in the country. The main added value of business intelligence is the fast access to complex queries, the automation of manual processing and the possibility of using predictive analytics in business operations and planning.
