About the Journal

The editorial team of Uporabna informatika promotes the development and knowledge exchange from a broad range of topics including business informatics, e-government and informatics solutions for personal use. The majority of contributions selected for publication report on applied research topics and case studies; however, papers describing theoretical research with potential implementation in practice are also considered for publication. Critical views on information technology, strategies, management, economy, organisation, policies and methods in the field of informatics as well as social and other aspects of informatics are especially welcome. The scope of analysis can be limited to the Slovene perspective or can involve a broader region either in Europe or elsewhere.
