The paper in the Look into History section presents the technological evolution and legacy of Iskra Delta, a pioneer of computer engineering and informatics in Slovenia and former Yugoslavia. The author provides a historical overview of both hardware and software developments, including the Paka terminals, Delta 800 and Delta 8000 computer systems, the multi-processor Triglav project based on the VME bus, and the IDA software/database toolkit. The contribution highlights the importance of indigenous engineering expertise, industrial design, and technological capability of the era.
